Produced from prime Scandinavian wood pulp sourced solely from fully sustainable sources. Our baking paper meets the requirement of ORPL (On-Pack Recycling Label) for use of the Recycle label. This is subject to the packaging being free of baked on or three-dimensional food residue. Its environmental credentials are further enhanced by being certified as both home & industrial compostable and fully biodegradable to A2.2.2. EN 13342 Standard.
Quality Standards
Our silicone baking paper is approved for direct food contact by all of the relevant authorities Including European Union and American FDA regulations. In addition, it has Kosher approval and is converted at our own BRC IOP grade AA certified factory.
Heat Resistant and Hygienic Cooking
Our Baking papers have superior heat resistance ( 220 Degrees Celsius) and release characteristic are achieved by a consistent coating of silicone being applied to both sides. Even the stickiest bakery glazes will release and there is no need to grease the paper.
The high grease resistance provides method of baking and eliminates to the need for cleaning of bakery trays and the associated hazards and costs.
